Acai Bowl

Breakfast- Acai Bowl

Not only are acai bowls absolutely delicious, they are also super high in antioxidants and full of lots of body loving nutrients.

  • 1 smoothie pack of frozen acai (my favourite is Purple Foods)
  • 1.5 frozen bananas
  • 1 tbs raw cacao powder

Optional toppings – berries, sliced banana, coconut flakes, cacao nibs, bee pollen, goji berries, apple, peach, granola or activated buckinis and chopped nuts.

  • Blend all ingredients together in a high speed blender or Thermomix until nice and smooth with the consistency of softserve.
  • Spoon into a bowl and decorate with your favourite toppings.
