I have been trying to include turmeric in mine and my families daily diet and have been using either ground turmeric or fresh turmeric.

This fresh turmeric root paste is super easy to make and means that I have turmeric on hand that I can simple spoon out of a jar and stir it into things like scrambled eggs, stir fry’s, curries, smoothies, chia pudding and so much more.
