Gluten and Sugar Free Muesli

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of puffed amaranth, quinoa or buckwheat (or a combo of all three)
  • 1 cup coconut flakes
  • 1 cup pumpkin seeds
  • 1 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/2 cup linseeds
  • 1/2 cup chia seeds
  • 100g raw mixed nuts roughly chopped
  • Optional- 1/2 cup goji berries

Method

  • Combine all ingredient and store in an air tight container

This is great served with almond milk or my favourite five:am Greek Style Yogurt and topped with a sliced banana or a handful of blueberries
