Gluten and Sugar Free Muesli
Ingredients
- 1 cup of puffed amaranth, quinoa or buckwheat (or a combo of all three)
- 1 cup coconut flakes
- 1 cup pumpkin seeds
- 1 cup sunflower seeds
- 1/2 cup linseeds
- 1/2 cup chia seeds
- 100g raw mixed nuts roughly chopped
- Optional- 1/2 cup goji berries
Method
- Combine all ingredient and store in an air tight container
This is great served with almond milk or my favourite five:am Greek Style Yogurt and topped with a sliced banana or a handful of blueberries
