Christmas Bliss Balls

Ingredients

  • 1 cup medjool dates, pitted
  • 1/2 cup raw almonds
  • 15 Changing Habits Cacao Wafers or 50g dark chocolate broken into pieces
  • 1/4 cup goji berries

Method

  • Add all ingredients  to your Thermomix or food processor and whizz until combined and sticky. (TM speed 7, 20 seconds)
  • Roll into balls
  • Place in the fridge to set for 1 hour
  • Store in the fridge
