Peanut Butter and Choc Swirl Bark
Ingredients
- 2 heaped tablespoons melted coconut oil
- 2 heaped tablespoon peanut butter
- 2 tsp maple syrup
- Pinch of salt
- 50g dark chocolate, melted
Directions
- Combine peanut butter, coconut oil, maple syrup, salt in a small bowl
- Pour into a small tin that’s been lined with baking paper
- Drizzle dark chocolate into the peanut butter mixture
- Place in the freezer
- Break into pieces once its set
