Peanut Butter and Choc Swirl Bark

Ingredients

  • 2 heaped tablespoons melted coconut oil
  • 2 heaped tablespoon peanut butter
  • 2 tsp maple syrup
  • Pinch of salt
  • 50g dark chocolate, melted

Directions

  1. Combine peanut butter, coconut oil, maple syrup, salt in a small bowl
  2. Pour into a small tin that’s been lined with baking paper
  3. Drizzle dark chocolate into the peanut butter mixture
  4. Place in the freezer
  5. Break into pieces once its set
