Raspberry Choc Chip Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 cup ice (100g)
- 1/4 cup raspberries, fresh or frozen
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 large medjool dates, pitted
- 1 tbs cacao nibs
Method
- Place all ingredients (except cacao nibs)in your Thermomix or high speed blender. Whizz until smooth (TM 1.5 min, speed 10)
- Add cacao nibs and blend for a few seconds (TM, speed 6, 5 seconds)
- Pour into a glass and sprinkle with extra cacao nibs and raspberries if you wish
