Raspberry Choc Chip Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 cup ice (100g)
  • 1/4 cup raspberries, fresh or frozen
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 large medjool dates, pitted
  • 1 tbs cacao nibs

Method

  1. Place all ingredients (except cacao nibs)in your Thermomix or high speed blender. Whizz until smooth (TM 1.5 min, speed 10)
  2. Add cacao nibs and blend for a few seconds (TM, speed 6, 5 seconds)
  3. Pour into a glass and sprinkle with extra cacao nibs and raspberries if you wish
