Chocolate Mousse Cups

After I made that delicious 5 Ingredient Chocolate Mousse I could not stop thinking about how good it was. I thought about how I could make it even yummier so decided to combined it with some dark chocolate and thats how we got these delicious Chocolate Mousse Cups.

Free from any refined sugar, gluten and dairy.

Makes 6

Ingredients

  • 2 Large ripe avocado’s
  • 4 tablespoons raw cacao powder
  • 2 tablespoons coconut cream
  • 3 tablespoons of maple syrup of sweetener of choice
  • 1/8 tsp pink salt
  • 200g dark chocolate

Directions

  1. Add all ingredients (except dark chocolate) to you Thermomix, blender or you can even use a stick mixer
  2. Mix until smooth and creamy (TM speed 7, 30 seconds)
  3. Pour a little melted chocolate into silicone cupcake moulds (alternatively you can line muffin tins with cling wrap.
  4. Place in the freezer to set
  5. Place a spoonful of mousse into the centre of each cup
  6. Pour over remaining melted chocolate and place in the freezer until set.
  7. Store in the fridge
