Everyday we are exposed to toxins, pollutants and chemicals which can overwhelm our bodies so it is important to nourish your body from the inside out. I was recently introduced to Coffee Not Coffee which is an Australian made and owned brand of organic coffee, tea and cacao blends. Its coffee but is not your average coffee… Its spiked with superfoods and herbal ingredients to nourish your body and support good health.

I am not a huge coffee drinker as I find I am really sensitive to caffeine however Coffee not Coffee has less caffeine than regular coffee so I have found that it gives me a nice little energy boost without the craziness…

Green Coffee

Green Coffee Photo

Once the morning breakfast rush is over at home I love to sit down for a few minutes with a Green Coffee which I mix with a splash of almond milk to make it extra creamy. Im loving this in the morning as it gives me a little pep in my step so i’m ready to take on the day but without getting a huge caffeine hit. Green coffee is a mixture of organic coffee that has been spiked with ginseng, green tea and curcumin which makes it. So much green goodness its like a super charged coffee, I love it!

This Detox Tea is perfect at the end of the day after you have eaten dinner. I’ve found that it really helps with digestion and any tummy bloating so I can go to bed feeling comfortable. Detox tea is a combination of black tea, anise, fennel and cardamon which provide a gentle cleansing effect to help your body detox.
