Gluten Free Seed Crackers
These gluten free crackers are delicious, nutritious, filling and versatile. Top with a little cottage cheese and tomato for an afternoon snack, use an an accompiament to dips or just eat them on their own.
Ingredients
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup flax seeds
- 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
- 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
- 1/2 cup sesame seeds
- 1/2 tsp salt
Method
- Preheat oven to 175 degrees
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl and let sit for 10 minutes so mixture swells and the consistency is jelly like
- Spread as thinly as possible on a tray lined with baking paper
- Bake for 30 minutes
- Remove from oven and cut into pieces using a pizza cutter or sharp knife
- Flip pieces over and return to the oven for 30 minutes to crisp up on the other side
- Store in an airtight container once cooled.
