Goji Coconut Smoothie

As the weather warms up, smoothies are the best way to get a heap of nutrients into you and they taste amazing. This goji coconut smoothie will not disappoint…. It is fruity, fresh and delicious.

 

Ingredients

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 4 strawberries
  • 2 tbs goji berries
  • 1 cup ice (100g)
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/3 cup coconut milk/cream/yoghurt

Method

  1. Place all ingredients in your Thermomix or high speed blender. Whizz until smooth (TM 1 min, speed 10)
  2. Pour into a glass and enjoy
