Goji Coconut Smoothie
As the weather warms up, smoothies are the best way to get a heap of nutrients into you and they taste amazing. This goji coconut smoothie will not disappoint…. It is fruity, fresh and delicious.
Ingredients
- 1 frozen banana
- 4 strawberries
- 2 tbs goji berries
- 1 cup ice (100g)
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/3 cup coconut milk/cream/yoghurt
Method
- Place all ingredients in your Thermomix or high speed blender. Whizz until smooth (TM 1 min, speed 10)
- Pour into a glass and enjoy
