Lamington Smoothie

Ingredients
- 1 frozen banana
- 1/2 cup (50g) Raspberries- frozen or fresh
- 1/4 cup (60g) coconut cream
- 1 cup ice (125g)
- 1/2 cup 110g water
- 2 tbs raw cacao powder
- 2 medjool dates, pitted
Toppings- coconut flakes & extra raspberries
Method
- Place all ingredients in your Thermomix or high speed blender. Whizz until smooth (TM 1.5 min, speed 10)
- Pour into a glass and sprinkle with coconut and raspberries
