Lamington Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup (50g) Raspberries- frozen or fresh
  • 1/4 cup (60g) coconut cream
  • 1 cup ice (125g)
  • 1/2 cup 110g water
  • 2 tbs raw cacao powder
  • 2 medjool dates, pitted

Toppings- coconut flakes & extra raspberries

Method

  1. Place all ingredients in your Thermomix or high speed blender. Whizz until smooth (TM 1.5 min, speed 10)
  2. Pour into a glass and sprinkle with coconut and raspberries
