Sugar Free Salted Caramel Ganache

I have died and gone to heaven!!!!! This sugar free salted caramel ganache is a recipe I have been dreaming up for a while now and finally got around to giving it a go and I have to say, it is the bomb it is seriously that good.

Between spoonfuls of it I am thinking about what I am going to do with this luscious sweet jar of salted caramel ganache I now have.

I think it would be great stirred through porridge, poured over sliced banana’s, combined with a little coconut or almond milk to make a salted caramel hot chocolate. The uses are endless!

And best of all its free from any refined sugar, gluten and dairy. Yipeeeeeee

 

 

Sugar Free Salted Caramel Ganache 2

 

 

Ingredients

  • 1 Block of Loving Earth Salted Caramel Chocolate
  • 80g Coconut cream (use the hard cream at the top of the can and reserve the liquid for a smoothie)

 

Thermomix Directions

If you have a TM5 follow the chocolate ganache recipe on the recipe chip and just replace cream with coconut cream. Easy!!

If you have a TM31 use these directions

  1. Add chocolate to bowl and grate on speed 8 for 10 seconds
  2. Scrape down bowl and add coconut cream
  3. Cook for 3 minutes, 50 degrees, speed 3
  4. Pour into a jar and it will thicken slightly as it cools

 

Non Thermomix Directions

  1. Chop chocolate finely and place in a small pot along with the coconut cream
  2. On a low heat stir continually until chocolate has melted and the mixture is smooth
  3. Pour into a jar and it will thicken slightly as it cools
