The best Gluten Free Bread

Gluten Free Bread

I have been trying for a while now to perfect a recipe for gluten free bread and I can finally say that I’ve got a great one for you. I wanted to use ingredients that are as natural as possible and don’t cause digestion issues like so many ingredients in gluten free bread do,

This gluten free bread takes only a few minutes to whip up, doesn’t require any kneading and is baked in 30 minutes. Easy peasy!!

Ingredients

2 cups almond meals (235g)

2 tbls coconut flour (20g)

1 tsp baking soda

1 tbls ground flaxseed/flaxmeal (5g)

2 tbls psyllium husk (10g)

5 eggs

1 tbls apple cider vinegar

Options- Sesame seeds, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds to sprinkle on top

Method

  1. Place all wet ingredients in your Thermomix of food processor and mix until well combined (TM Reverse speed 4, 20 seconds)
  2. Pour into a lined loaf tin and bake for 30 minutes
  3. Remove from oven and allow to cool in the tin before slicing.

Notes

I like to slice it into piece and store in the freezer to make it last longer.

If you own a Thermomix you can make your own almond meal for much less than what you pay for it in the shop. Simply place raw almonds in the bowl and whizz on speed 7 for 8-10 seconds.

May I ask what is the temperature for baking the bread?

Sorry I will update the recipe now. The temperature should be 180 degrees.
